Corporate sponsorship extended for the WADEM Disaster Medicine Summer School

The corporate sponsorship opportunities for the upcoming World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine (WADEM) Disaster Medicine Summer School have been officially extended until the 1st of July 2026.

Following strong initial engagement and several requests from international healthcare technology providers, emergency equipment manufacturers, and pharmaceutical partners, the organising committee has moved the deadline to allow additional organisations to align with this premier educational initiative.

The extension provides corporate stakeholders with prolonged visibility and deeper integration into the summer school's technical workshops, high-threat simulation exercises, and dedicated operational medicine modules. While the equipment sponsorship deadline has passed, the event remains open to financial support.

As a leading advocate for the clinical evolution of Counter-Terrorism Medicine as a distinct speciality, CTM-E remains deeply committed to fostering robust cross-sector collaboration. By extending this sponsorship window, the aim is to maximise the integration of cutting-edge clinical technology, innovative tactical triage tools, and advanced training modalities—directly into the hands of tomorrow's disaster medicine leaders.

Corporate entities interested in reviewing the updated sponsorship prospectus, branding packages, or exhibition space availability are encouraged to contact the WADEM SYP SIG secretariat.
