Help us build the first European Institute for Counter-Terrorism Medicine Studies!

We are building the first research institute for counter-terrorism medicine studies in Europe. This is a daring multi-million-EUR project spanning a decade.

The establishment of the first European Institute for Counter-Terrorism Medicine Studies will be a landmark achievement in medical research and European security.

This multi-million-EUR initiative, dedicated to studying and advancing medical responses to terrorist incidents, is the result of the team behind CTM-E's relentless efforts. Securing this crucial funding will involve years of strategic lobbying and engagement with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies, private foundations and international research organisations across Europe.

The Institute is the response of CTM-E to the strategic necessity for a dedicated institute to bridge the gap between battlefield medicine and civilian trauma care, focusing specifically on injuries and scenarios resulting from terrorist attacks.

How we will use the funds

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn. This financial foundation will ensure that CTM-E can immediately begin its mission and establish Europe as the global leader in this specialised and vital field of medicine.

Research

Education

Advanced training (developing simulated environments and specialised courses for medical professionals, military personnel, and first responders throughout Europe)

Collaboration

International collaboration (establishing a network of researchers and experts to standardise policies and protocols and share critical knowledge across borders).
